Thank you to all the RVers who participated in our community survey! Your feedback is helping shape the future of RVTaskHub – the platform where RVers connect with other RVers for services.

Key Findings

A Strong Desire for RVer-to-RVer Services

An overwhelming 87.7% of respondents indicated they would likely use a platform connecting RVers who need services with those who provide them. Even more telling, 61.2% gave the highest possible rating of 5/5, showing extremely strong interest in our concept.

Willing Service Providers

The survey revealed a promising pool of potential service providers:

  • 44.9% responded "Yes" to having skills they'd be willing to share
  • 34.7% responded "Maybe" – suggesting they could become providers with the right incentives
  • Only 20.4% said they wouldn't be interested in offering services

Why RVers Prefer Fellow RVers for Services

When asked what would make them choose a fellow RVer for services, respondents highlighted:

  1. They understand the RV lifestyle and needs better (72% of respondents)
  2. Convenience of finding help within the park (70% of respondents)
  3. Supporting the RV community (55% of respondents)
  4. Trust factor of someone in the same community (49% of respondents)
  5. Building connections with other RVers (47% of respondents)

This confirms our core belief that RVers have unique insights into RV-specific challenges that outside service providers often lack.

Motivations for Offering Services

For those willing to share their skills, the primary motivations were:

  3. Building community connections (51% of respondents)
  4. Sharing expertise (49% of respondents)
  5. Something to do while stationary (24% of respondents)

The balance between community support and income opportunity aligns perfectly with our platform vision.

Community Importance

The average rating for the importance of building community connections was 4.0 out of 5, with 75% of respondents rating it as very or extremely important (4-5).

We found that RVers who value community were significantly more likely to express interest in our platform – confirming that our "RVers Supporting RVers" mission resonates with our target audience.

Your comments provided valuable insights:

"Having a place where all RVers can look to see if anyone in their desired skill is in the area."

"Something like 'nomad near me' that shows other RVers that are close by."

"I feel the RV resorts/parks would benefit a lot from having fellow RV'ers build community!"

"To hold classes for new beginners on how to set up and efficiently live in their RV. It's surprising at the learning curve of going from sticks and bricks to RV life."

Many of you emphasized the need for:

  • Location-based service discovery
  • Community-building features
  • Ways to verify skills and expertise
  • Educational opportunities
  • Communication tools between RVers

How We're Using Your Feedback

Based on your responses, we're prioritizing:

  1. Mobile-first design with location awareness to easily find nearby service providers
  2. Verified skills indicators to build trust in provider capabilities
  3. Community features beyond just service transactions
  4. Educational service category to help new RVers navigate the lifestyle
  5. Simple, intuitive interface that works well even with spotty connections

Next Steps

We're currently building the RVTaskHub platform based on your feedback. Here's our timeline:

  • April-May 2025: Complete platform development
  • June 2025: Begin limited test launch with Founders Circle members
  • September 2025: Full platform launch
  • January 2026: Expansion to additional RV regions
